Yes. Choose “Deliver my letter in the future” and enter your email. Once you confirm your address (the link works for 24 hours), you get two emails: a copy of your future self's reply now, and the letter you wrote, on the date you chose. Nothing is sent before you confirm, and you don't need an account.
Yes. To write the reply, your words are sent to our AI provider; StarWho doesn't keep them unless you choose to. If you save the letter, it waits up to 7 days for you to sign in, then stays in your private letters until you delete it. If you ask for delivery, it's kept until it's sent (unconfirmed requests are removed about a week after the link expires). Letters are never shown on your Future Self card; if you publish a card, its chat can use your Future Self's latest replies only if you turn that on. Deleting your account deletes your letters.
